1.Introduction #

WELCOME TO THE ALLXS SCHOOL ID

ALLXS helps to simplify school life by allowing parents to take control of payments at the school. The ALLXS system also allows parents to set daily limits, dietary restrictions, view their child’s purchases and set low balance alerts.

ALLXS help om die skoollewe te vereenvoudig deur ouers toe te laat om beheer oor betalings by die skool te neem. Die ALLXS-stelsel stel ouers ook in staat om daaglikse perke, dieetbeperkings te stel, hul kind se aankope te sien en lae balans waarskuwings te stel.

2.Getting Started #

There are a few things that need to be completed before your child’s card is ready to be used.

1. Parent registers an account with ALLXS
2. Parent links their child/ren to their main parent account
3. Parent deposits cash via EFT in the ALLXS bank account

Once the funds reflect in the ALLXS Bank account they will be automatically allocated to your parent account and you will then be able to log on and do a quick transfer to your child/s accounts from your main dashboard. If you would like the funds allocated directly into your child’s account, then use their account number as a reference. Otherwise use your parent account number.

Sodra die fondse in die ALLXS Bankrekening weerspieël, word dit outomaties aan u ouerrekening toegeken, en u kan dan inskakel en ‘n vinnige oordrag na u kind se rekeninge vanaf u hoofdashboard doen. As u die fondse direk in u kind se rekening wil ontvang, gebruik dan hul rekeningnommer as ‘n verwysing. Andersins, gebruik jou ouer rekeningnommer.

2.1.Register #

To register a new account, go to www.allxs.co.za click on ‘login’ in the top right-hand corner and create an account using your personal email as the username and your own choice for a password.

PROBLEMS REGISTERING A NEW ACCOUNT AND LINKING YOUR CHILD
If your email is already in use, this may be because you have been registered with another company using the cashless system. In particular, Wanderers Sports Club. If you do not have an alternative email in which to register with, please contact us at support@allxs.co.za
If you receive an error that says that there are duplicate names on the system when you try to link your child, they will have also been registered with another company using the cashless system. The name of your child might be listed with a second name or special characters. Please contact us and we will link your child for you with pleasure.

 

Om ‘n nuwe rekening te registreer, gaan na www.allxs.co.za kliek op ‘login’ in die regter boonste hoek en maak ‘n rekening met jou persoonlike e-pos as die gebruikersnaam en jou eie keuse vir ‘n wagwoord.

2.3.Deposit Funds #

Your child card is ready to use and now all you need to do is deposit funds into the ALLXS Bank account using either your account number or your child’s account number. Account numbers can be found under the ACCOUNTS menu item on the left-hand side of the screen under each account name. (Highlighted in red)

The ALLXS Bank details can also be found at the bottom left-hand side of the screen.

Once the funds reflect in the ALLXS bank account they will be automatically allocated to your parent account and you will then be able to log on and do a quick transfer to your child/s accounts from your main dashboard.

The system is designed for multiple children. If you only have one child at the school and would like the funds allocated directly into your child’s account, then use their account number as a reference.

And you’re done! Your child’s card can now be used to make a variety of payments at their school. Safely and conveniently.

Rekeningnommers kan gevind word onder die Rekening-kieslysitem aan die linkerkant van die skerm onder elke rekeningnaam. (Uitgeblink in rooi)

Die ALLXS Bankbesonderhede kan ook onderaan die linkerkant van die skerm gevind word.

Sodra die fondse in die ALLXS-bankrekening weerspieël, sal dit outomaties aan u ouerrekening toegeken word, en u sal dan kan inskakel en ‘n vinnige oordrag na u kind se rekeninge vanaf u hoofdashboard doen.

Die stelsel is ontwerp vir verskeie kinders. As u slegs een kind by die skool het en graag die fondse direk in u kind se rekening wil ontvang, gebruik dan hul rekeningnommer as ‘n verwysing.

En jy is klaar! Jou kind se kaart kan nou gebruik word om ‘n verskeidenheid betalings by hul skool te maak. Veilig en gerieflik.

 

 

3.How long does it take for deposits to reflect? #

Payments are automated but there are a few things that can delay allocation.

  1. Any payment under R100 must be done manually. If you need your payment to be allocated as soon as possible, make a payment of over R100 and as soon as it reflects it will be allocated. This will also ensure that payments are not overlooked.
  2. Most banks take up to 24 hours to reflect. First National Bank is on the same day.
  3. When making an EFT it is best to use your account number as a reference. Emails and names can be cut off and the automated system might not be able to allocate the payment correctly. This delays allocation as the payment is put aside until we do a manual allocation.
  4. If you make a payment after hours, it will be allocated first thing in the morning when we open our banking. The same with payments made over the weekend. They will be allocated first thing on Monday morning.

If you have an urgent payment, please contact us at support@allxsmedia.com and we will ensure your payment is allocated in time for the lunch bell.

To find your account number to use as a reference on your EFT, go to ACCOUNTS on the menu. You will find the account number next to your parent account and your child’s account.

4.Setting A Low Balance Alert #

To set a low balance alert go to the ACCOUNTS menu and double click on the account you would like to set an alert for. The low balance alert is highlighted in red below.

 

Om ‘n lae balanswaarskuwing in te stel, gaan na die REKENINGE-kieslys en dubbelkliek op die rekening waarvoor u ‘n waarskuwing wil plaas. Die lae balans waarskuwing word in rooi hieronder gemerk.

 

5.View Your Child's Transactions #

To view your child’s transaction history, click on the accounts tab in the left menu, double click on your selected child’s account and click on ACTIVITY. Set the date on the right-hand side of the screen and click on the blue arrow to refresh.

 

Om jou kind se transaksiegeskiedenis te sien, klik op die rekeninge-oortjie in die linkerkieslys, dubbelkliek op jou gekose kind se rekening en klik op AKTIWITEIT. Stel die datum aan die regterkant van die skerm en klik op die blou pyl om te verfris.

 

6.Set Dietary Restrictions and Spending Limits #

Dietary restrictions and spending limits can be set under your child’s account in DIET

 

Dieetbeperkings en bestedingsgrense kan onder u kind se rekening in DIET gestel word

 

7.Pre-Ordering #

To pre-order go the PRE ORDER menu item on the left-hand side of the screen:

 

Click on your child’s name:

 

Double click on the ALLXS STORE:

 

Click on PLACE ORDER then use the + sign to add items and then click PAY CASHLESS:

 

To check your order progress go to ORDERS on the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.

8.FAQ's #

I have been locked out of my account

For security reasons, your account will be locked after three incorrect attempts. Double check that you are using the correct email as well as the spelling. If you still experience problems with your account please log a ticket or contact us at support@allxsmedia.com

How long does it take for my funds to reflect on my account?

As soon as we receive your deposit funds over R100 will be automatically allocated to your account. There is a 24hr period maximum clearance time for transfers. Please ensure that your low balance alerts are set to avoid your child’s card running out of funds.

My deposit is not reflecting

If your deposit does not reflect within 24hrs please contact support@allxsmedia.com or log a ticket and we will be happy to rectify the situation.

How do I reset my password?

Go to the profile picture at the top left-hand corner and double-click on it. Leave the ‘existing password’ blank and fill in your new password.

 

My child has lost their card. How do I order a new one?

Replacement cards can be ordered online. Once you have logged onto your parent account click on PREORDER’ and then click on the child’s account that needs a replacement card. Then click on ALLXS STORE.

 

I can’t link my child’s name
When linking your child to your parent account for the first time ensure that you fill out their full name as it is written on their cashless cards.

Why is there a parent and child account?

The system is designed to cater for multiple children. It enables the parent to do quick transfers into each child’s account. Should you not want to logon and do the quick transfers yourself, ensure that the reference on your proof of payment is your child’s name. We will allocate it for you.
