What it does
This module issues value that is not a general wallet top-up: vouchers, sponsored spend, discounts and one-off rewards. Teams set campaign rules and eligibility, redeem at POS or ecommerce, and report issued versus used value. It does not describe loyalty tiers, a points engine or automated recommendations.
Problem it solves
Promotions live on paper, in a separate code list, or as a till discount that never shows what was issued and what was actually redeemed.
